Don Lung Obituary



Don Lu (Donnie) Lung Donnie Lung, 55, died in a Houston Hospital on October 5, 2005. Donnie was born in Austin and currently lived in Bertram, Texas. He served in the Army in 1970. He has been employed at the Lakeline Home Depot for the past several years. He is survived by his son Don Lung, Jr. of Austin; step-daughters Stephanie and Jamie of Kentucky; mother, Anna Louise Lung of Cedar Park; sisters, Candy Sughrue and her husband Pat of Cedar Park and Toya Woodruff and her husband Gary of Bastrop; brother, Jamie Lung of Austin; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles. He was preceded in death by his wife, Linda Lung and his father, Jimmie Joe (JJ) Lung. The family will receive visitors from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Saturday at the Austin-Peel and Son Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m., Sunday at the Austin-Peel and Son Funeral Home with burial to follow at the Austin Memorial Park Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Nick Hector, Tim Cronin, Lee Sierack, Jack Hickman, Riley Simon, and Jason Walker. Honorary pallbearers will be Ray Winne and Ron Morgan.
