Donna Conn Obituary

Donna Lou Andrews-Conn, 81, passed away on February 5, 2025, in Austin, Texas.

Born on March 31, 1943, Donna grew up with a strong spirit and a love for Texas. She graduated from Greenville High School before continuing her education at East Texas State, now known as Texas A&M Commerce. Her career led her to the Texas Teacher Retirement System, where she dedicated years of service. Later, she worked at McCall Creek Farms in Blanco, where she embraced the beauty of nature and farm life.

Donna had a deep love for Christmas, Disney and sports, particularly Texas football and the San Antonio Spurs. She enjoyed gardening, caring for her beloved dogs, and spending time at the ranch in Blanco. A true Texas lady with a quick wit and fiery spirit, she cherished her lifelong pen pals and was always on the go with her social groups, frequently traveling and enjoying outings with friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Wesley and Lila Mae Andrews; her husband, Roy Conn; and her sister, Kay Nordin. She is survived by Michael Nordin, Cathy Itz, Donna Havens, Ronnie Nordin and Holly Jordan, along with many great-nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, February 17th, at Falcon Family Funeral & Cremation Service, located at 13009 Dessau Rd Suite M in Austin, Texas 78754 from 5pm-8pm.

Donna's memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew her.
