I just learned Mr. Bushak passed away. I offer my deepest sympathy to Debbie Bushak and The Bushak Family. When I moved to the Austin area back in November of 2001 from Houston, Ed rented me a great house in Jonestown. I lived there for almost 6 years and I recently moved to Killeen. I really hated to leave! I remember Ed as a gentle soul and someone who was always there to have any problem with the house fixed promptly and over those 6 years, there weren't many problems at all. He was always kind to me. We even sent Christmas Cards each year. We had a great Tennant/Landlord relationship. He was a good person and he will be missed!

Mr. Ed Bushak will be missed! He was a great boss and helped me to further my career. He always talked about his wife and children, whom he was so proud of. His time and years at K-Mart touched a lot of people who admired and respected him. We will miss him dearly! But we know the Lord is too wise to make a mistake. Please be happy and look forward because our God will take care of you all.

Ed is the friend you will always admire and remember with love and now a deep sadness that he is no longer with us physically ...but his spirit lives on.... along with many, many wonderful memories. Ed's love for Debbie and his children was evident daily. What a beautiful marriage and family life they shared! We always admired Ed's faith as a true devout Catholic. The choirs of angels certainly have welcomed Ed to heaven. Our thoughts and prayers are with Debbie and family.
