Ernest Galindo Obituary

Sergeant Major Ernest Liscano Galindo, 86, was called home on September 1st, 2024. Ernest was born and raised in Austin, Texas. He was preceded in death by his wife Marie, his son Steve, his parents Rosendo Galindo and Simona Liscano, and his brother Raul Galindo. He is survived by two of his children: Anthony Galindo and Renee Wood. He is also survived by his siblings: Aureliano Galindo, Alonzo Galindo, Alice Galindo, and Amelia Resas. He had ten grandchildren: Corey, Kayla, Jordan, Hannah, Bailey, Ryan, Raven, Shuquivia, Taliyah, Lord, as well as seven great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, and longstanding friends. He was not a man for many words, but was the most caring and most selfless person you could ever know, and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him. There will be a celebration of life and fellowship at Southwest Christian Church on Saturday September 28th, 2024 at 4:00 p.m.
