Recitation of the rosary will be at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at the DeLeon Funeral Home, Lockhart, TX. Funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Lockhart, TX. Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery, Lockhart, TX. Ethan is survived by his parents, Ray Balandran and Cathy Reyes, sister, Jasmine Rose Balandran, all of Manchaca, brothers, Jordan Ray Balandran, Christian Alex Balandran, both of Lago Vista, Tristan Reyes, of Manor, maternal grandparents, James and Cynthia Duve, of Manchaca, paternal grandmother, Lupe Rangel and husband Alberto, of Lockhart, paternal grandfather, Alex Martinez and wife Penny, of Cedar Park, great-grandfather, Antonio Silva, of Lockhart, aunts, Ana Aranda and husband Tony, of Lockhart, Amy Ward and husband Marshall, of Manchaca, Kaley Kline and husband Brian, of Kyle, Heather Martinez, of Austin, uncles, John Carlos Castillo, of Austin, Michael Castillo and wife, Ellen, of Ft. Bragg, North Carolina, Chad Duve and Shannon, of Manchaca, Alex Martinez and wife Gloria, of Austin, and godparents, Mario and Monica Quiroz, of Elgin.
