Frank LIMON Obituary
Frank "Pato" Limon, Jr., age 80, resident of Austin was called by our Heavenly Father June 12 , 2016. A lifelong Austinite, Frank was born on August 20, 1935, the eldest son of the late Francisco "Pops" Limon and Eloisa Ojeda Limon. Frank proudly served his country as a veteran of the United States Air Force.
He is proceded in death by the mother of his children, Lupe C. Limon, Father, Francisco Limon, Sister, Evangelina Limon, Brother-in-laws, Navel Garcia, Lupe Barron and Sister-in-law, Dorothy Limon.
Frank "Pato" Limon is survived by his children Bernave Moreno (Peter) and Anthony Limon; Grandchildren, Courtney (Rene) Vargas, Megan Moreno; Sisters, Becky Garcia (Navel), Lucy Barron (Lupe); Brothers, Joe Limon (Virgie), Louis Limon (Mary Frances), John H. "Canica" Limon (Dorothy), Martin Limon (Yolanda), Johnny Limon, Paul Limon, Virgil Limon (Diana)and numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be held on Thursday, June 16th at 7:00 p.m., Angel Funeral Home, 1600 S. 1st St., Austin, Tx. Mass of resurrection will be celebrated on Friday, June 17th at 10:00 a.m. at St. Julia Catholic Church, 3010 Lyons Rd., Austin, TX. Internment services to follow at Assumption Cemetery, 3650 S. Interstate 35 Frontage Rd, Austin, TX.
Pallbearers will be Lonnie Limon, Joe Michael Limon, Ricky Barron, Phillip Limon, Wayne Limon, Paul Limon, Jr., Louis Limon, Jr. and Robert Garcia. Honorary Pallbearers will be Fidel Estrada, Jorge Arredondo and Dan Ojeda

I didn't know the gentleman personally, but he was always kind and greeted everyone with much respect. My brother Elias Soriano Sr. and he seemed to be good friends. They always stopped to speak to each other at the H.E B. on East 7th Street. My condolences to his family. God bless you all.
