DEEPEST SYMPATHY TO YOUR FAMILY
James Glenn

When I started my dental practice in Austin in 1972, Dr. Moritz was one of the first dentists I met and thought how classy and cool he was. He always represented our profession with such dignity and honor, and certainly set the standard that any professional should exemplify. May the memories of the fun and good times with James help his family's hearts heal in the days ahead. He was simply a good man! Jim Glenn, DDS

Through the 100 Club, we first discovered Dr. Moritz and his infectious energy for getting involved. He was always wonderfully kind to Rhonda and me and his sense of making a difference in our community, lives on in us today. It is with sadness as well as thanks that we remember him today.

Dr. Moritz was one of the early leading Austinites I was befriended by when I consided public service in the 1970's. He always extended good advice, support and spirit to me and my family over the last 30 years. While our last meeting found Dr. Moritz in a wheel chair, he was still the 'glad to see you' friend and wanted to know all about your activities. He did a great deal behind the scene for Austinites and people he hardly new. His son Jim became a dear and special friend, supporter and travel buddy over the years and I extend my deepest sympathy to you Jim, the kids and your family

My teeth are straight thanks to Dr. Moritz. He teased me because I wore a bandana into his office when I was getting braces in the early 80's. He said "Oh, are you a pirate today?". I think that was his nice way of saying "You look ridiculous with that thing on your head". That's all I remember about him, but I still think about it every time I drive by MoPac & Northland.
