Mr Sacra wore a permanent smile and was a hoot to be around. I'll always keep the fond memories of the great guy that he was to us kids. And I can appreciate his dedication to and sacrifices for the youth programs so much more now. I regret missing the notice of his passing till now. My condolences to Mark and the rest of the family.

My deepest condolences to the Sacra family. I remember Joe from my own childhood and he always seemed bigger than life. My own father thought highly of him. The world is definitely a bit darker without him. I am sorry I did not see the notice until this afternoon.I would have come to the service.

Mark:
My prayers and sympathies are with you and your family. Ironically, it's times of loss like these that also remind us what a blessing friends and family are, and how fortunate we are that our parents have enabled us to experience that gift.

I can't think of anyone that I remember more fondly than your father. He was a great leader and more improtantly was fun to be around as a kid growing in Houston.
We will keep him and the Sacra family in our prayers during this very difficult time.
May God Bless You
