Renee, my cousin, will be missed at all family gatherings from now on. I will be eternally grateful that she was chosen to be a part of our family. I know that God does not give us more than we can handle, however this loss will be greatly felt by many. Keith and kids know that many prayers are being said on your behalf. Hugs and Kisses.

Renee you are a truly beautiful person. I remember your sincerity, your giving soul, and your kindness. If I everyone could model a tenth of the love you possessed this world would not have any fears.

Few people in this world are as selfless and giving, not to mention perpetually cheerful even in the face of adversity, as Renee. She was an outstanding Toastmaster and flexible, kind and patient while training people at ASH. She was a lot of fun to be with and motivated those around her with her positive spirit. Renee was the essence of a good human being and I am glad to have known her.

Renee is a friend of mine even though I have not seen her in awhile. I use to work with her at the General Land Office in Austin. She came to visit me three times in New York City in the 26 years my husband and I have lived here. No matter what the occasion, time, or place she was always "real", which I always found soothing, something I could rely on. Renee has such an energy, a force, and I will find comfort in knowing what's real never dies. You are unrepeatable my friend.

Her name should have been "JOY" as that is what she brought to everyone she touched.

What a beautiful tribute to your dear Renee. Although I do not know you, I have been a patient of Dr. Duvic for many years. Despite Renee's diagnosis, Dr. Duvic and her team at MDA, no doubt, provided her with the utmost care she could have received. Renee's obituary adequately describes this dreadful disease. The decision to donate her remains is the most unselfish decision anyone could make. Renee will be in my heart and prayers.

I am so sorry to hear of the loss of Renee! Whenever I think of her, she reminds me of a fun, happy, bubbly person! Full of the love of Jesus radiating from her! Her life has been such a testimony and it must have been amazing to "sit on Jesus' lap and hear 'well done, My good and faithful One!'"
Blessings to each of you from, Suzhou, China!

Keith and kids
We described Renee to friends in Oregon as someone who when she enters heaven, the "joy" quotient went up noticeably! Even though heaven has even more laughter with Renee there now, we are also broken that her family is in 'eternity not quite present' without her so soon. Some less than joyful days do really feel as if they lasted a thousand years....
I remember meeting Renee for dinner in Boston on one of her training trips (she ate an ENTIRE lobster. All of it. Including the green stuff....wow) and she bubbled over when talking about her husband & kids. We are praying for you even though we are so many miles away and know that the arms of our mutual friends will encircle your family throughout this time. Blessings, Cris, Lynn, Cristopher and Jaysen Comp
