Parker MASTERS Obituary

MASTERS, Parker John

Parker John Masters, age 29, died June 10, 2014 at his home in Austin, Texas. His mother Debby Masters, father Mike Masters, brother Taylor Masters and his loving dog Stella survive him.

Parker was born and raised in Austin. He loved people and was willing to lend a hand whenever asked. His friends ranged from ages 0 to 94. He was the proud and playful uncle of Maria and Parker and spent many happy hours flying a plane, building Lego kingdoms and every now a then a little doll fashion designing with them. He enjoyed snowboarding, hiking, playing cards, riding motorcycles and cooking. He was a loving son, brother and friend to many.

He will always hold a special place in our hearts and remembered for his kind and loving manner.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 14, 2014 at Cook-Walden Chapel of the Hills located at 9700 Anderson Mill Road in Austin.

Dear Debby, Mike and family. I am so terribly sorry for your loss. God Bless and comfort you folks at this difficult time.

June 14, 2014

I'm so sorry for your loss and truly heart broken. I'll always remember holding my little cousin at Bill and Bobbies north of 635 and east of Preston, when time, proximity, priorities and life permitted fruition of empowering family functions. He couldn't say his 'r's very well and asked me several times, 'Is this youwrs house?'
As humans we are up to our ears in faults w some more obvious not only to ourselves, but others, as if it were a nametag marksalot chest sticker. He has the open easy grin I recall from fun times w all the Masters, outspoken aphorisms and wry, witty, humourous perspectives. This always punctuated w/ good natured squint and tight smiles. You're all in my thoughts and prayers and please know you don't carry this burden alone.
Parker,
You will be missed on earth although by now your spirit warped through a wormhole in the universe and you already exist again by standards we deem temporal. Sorry I couldn't be there in person for services. All the best to you and Yours...

Love

Just know that you have many friends and family who will remember you in thoughts and prayers over the coming weeks and months. You will miss him deeply but will have the joy he gave you, which will last forever -- in this life and beyond.
