Patrick Wrobel Obituary

Patrick Dennis Wrobel
February 28, 1971 - June 17, 2025
Patrick Dennis Wrobel, loving husband, father, brother, son, and so much more to so many, passed away peacefully on the morning of June 17, 2025, surrounded by family at his home in Kerrville, Texas.
Patrick was born on February 28, 1971, in Detroit, Michigan to Phillip Wrobel Sr and Patricia "Kelly" Slauter. He was a man who lived with endless artistic abilities, and found a passion for creating handmade jewelry. He was strong willed, an incredibly hard worker, and lived life on his own terms. He never met someone who wasn't his friend, and loved those he was close to deeply. He welcomed his 2 daughters in 1999 and 2003, and was so proud of them and all they had to look forward to in life. He found love later in life and married his childhood sweetheart Jasmine on September 23, 2024.
Every year from a very early age, he showed up to a beautiful community of friends and family, the Kerrville Folk Festival, where he met his most cherished lifelong friends. KFF was the one place where he felt loved and whole and unique, but at the same time just like everyone else around him.
Patrick was such a unique person and he had so many hobbies from jewelry making, fishing, and golfing, to fire spinning and drawing. It didn't matter what it was, he was good at it. He always had the best stories, and even if they were only partially true, he was still the most interesting person in the room. Pat will always be remembered as a true adventurer, treasure hunter, artist, and total badass.
Patrick was preceded in death by his father, Phillip Wrobel Sr.; he is survived by his wife Jasmine, daughters Kittie and Raina, mother Patricia and her husband Thomas; Adopted Dad Dave; 5 brothers, Bob, Jim, Phil (and wife Deana), Mike (and wife Michelle), and Daniel; sister Olivia, and many nieces, nephews, and friends who he loved deeply.
Patrick didn't want his death to be mourned; he wanted his life to be celebrated.
