Patsy Jane Lackey Heine Teltow passed away at 82 years of age on Saturday, December 31, 2016 at Seton Williamson Medical Center in Round Rock, TX.
Born November 1, 1934 in San Saba, TX to William Rainey Lackey and Alenia Kathryn Ratliff, Patsy inspired the world with her determination, her passion for life, and her enduring commitment to family and friends. Patsy was a long-time Austin resident and later moved to Burnet, TX. She was a member of First United Methodist of Burnet.
Patsy is preceded by her mother and father; her sister Erma; her four brothers Wade, Doug, Winston and Fletcher; and her grandson Jesse Kyle Heine.
Survivors include: her husband of 23 years, Jerrell Teltow; her three sons, Jerry Gene Heine of Virginia Beach, VA, Alan Ray Heine of Austin, TX, and Bobby Frank Heine of Kileen, TX; her daughter, Adrienne Ann Marshall of Cedar Park, TX; her step-daughters Sandy Conner of Lyons, TX, Connie Eckhardt of Fredericksburg, TX, Karen Peterson of College Station, TX; and her grandchildren, Rainey Heine, Courtney Jean Marshall, Michael Alan Holt, Greyson Lewis Heine, Jessica Eckhardt, Steffanie Eckhardt, and Kayla Peterson.
A memorial service will be held at the Burnet First United Methodist Church on Wednesday, January 4, 2017 at 2 PM.
