Well I can´t believe it´s been 2 years since your death. Even though we parted physical company for many years, I will forever remember the childhood sleepovers especially on Friday with Virginia `s gumbo! I loved that stuff. Remembering the singing with Mary Pat, Steve, Susie, etc... what fun we had. Pray for you and your family. Your childhood friend, Madonna Doetsch.

Dr. Kane was exceptionally good at what she did. What did she DO? She built people up; encouraged; supported; established; rallied with; trained; taught; modeled; and best of all, thru all her actions, she L O V E D.

Dr. Kane had a vision for Lanier High School. That vision came into fruition as students, faculty and staff all worked together to become a blue ribbon school. I am forever grateful for the opportunities she afforded me.

Dr. Kane was a tremendous educator and principal that I had the privilege to teach for. She could turn visions into reality and make it a great day!

To my childhood friend Beth.... may you now share in the glory of God our Savior and Lord. Remembering fondly the many Friday night gumbo dinners, singing while you played the guitar, and making fun of each other every first day of the school year as we laid out our clothes the night before . Dr Kane made Lanier High School a place where students wanted to be. thank you for making a HUGE difference in my sons life. Your love of all the students showed in all the things you did. Seeing you in the Alice in Wonderland as the queen of hearts was the perfect role as she truly was our Queen of Hearts. Thank you for being a wonderful part of our lives. God bless you and your family.
