Sara Lancashire Obituary
Sally was married for 73 years to her husband, Ben John Lancashire. They were married April 5, 1952, and together had two sons Steven (wife Kristina) and Scott (wife Mary), nine grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
Sally attended high school in both Bowling Green, Ohio and Birmingham, Michigan. She was a cheer leader and active in intramural sports and was co-valedictorian of her graduating class in Birmingham.
She graduated from Oberlin College in 1952 where she met Ben and was also a cheer leader and active in various intramural sports.
Sally was a devoted Sister in P.E.O. (Philanthropic Educational Organization) for 74 years. She was an officer in 12 Chapters in 5 States (Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Florida and Texas) She served as Chapter President in 4 states and President of the Indiana State Chapter.
