i am so saddened to hear of Mr Bills passing. He was a dear friend. I have known him for over 20 years, having worked at Anderson County Clerks Office (where I met Bill, and we would arm wrestle when he came in). Bill was always making people laugh. I will truly miss him. Rest In Peace, sweet friend. God be with his family. Prayers from the Wilbanks family.

I am so saddened to hear of Bills passing.
He was so kind and so funny. I served on some church committees with him and he always made it fun. He loved to tease and every Sunday I just waited for his teasing comments and that wonderful smile! Love and prayers to you Sara Nell and family.
