Zachary SCHMIDT Obituary
Zachary Jerome Schmidt, 33, of Austin, Texas, photographer and model, died Saturday, October 15, 2016 in Austin, Texas following a single car collision. Born September 27, 1983 in Austin, Texas, Zachary attended Bowie High School and Austin Community College. He worked several years as a land surveyor in the Austin area before launching a career in the photography and modeling industry. Zachary's interests included drawing and sketching which led to a hobby in custom painting cars; he was also dedicated to studying nutrition, physical fitness training and Jiu-Jitsu.
Zachary is survived by his mother, Sarah Dunlap; father, Dr. Jerome Schmidt; and brothers, Jed and Wesley Schmidt. He is also survived by three uncles and aunts, two nephews and three cousins.
A Celebration of Life Memorial will be held at 1:00 p.m., Friday, October 28th, 2016, at Austin Ridge Bible Church, 9300 Bee Cave Rd., Building D, Austin, Texas.

I have not forgotten your dear loved one. I was one of the person's on the scene. I think of Zachary often and am saddened by your loss of such a wonderful person. I was unable to attend the service, but wanted you to know, I will never forget him. Even in passing he touched the hearts of two people who tried to be there for him the best we could. My heart is breaking, 2 years of not knowing and thinking you made your move to a new life and success.
