Salem - Justin C. Nicholson died Friday, May 19, 2017 at Salem Hospital. Justin is the son of Darrel and Sherry Nicholson. He was born in Salem and attended St. Joseph Catholic School, Sacred Heart Middle School, and Regis High School.
Justin was "on the air" at the age of 16 as a radio DJ at KBZY in Salem and later had a mobile DJ business. He was THE music trivia expert. Growing up, he never missed recording American Top 40 with Kasey Kasem. He was listening to a show from the 1980's when he passed away.
Justin is survived by his mother Sherry of Salem; sister Renee May (Craig) of Sisters, OR. Nieces Brandi Price (Max) of Salem and Hayley Palmer of Sisters. Nephews Sam May of Sisters and Michael May (Bree) of Salem. Justin regretfully left behind his many friends and family, especially David Lewis of Salem.
A Memorial Mass will be Saturday May 27, 2017 at 10:00 AM at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 721 Chemeketa St., NE, Salem. Assisting the family is Virgil T. Golden Funeral Services.
