Have so many great memories of the times spent working with Kevin. He was always quick with good humor and a smile. Whether working narcotics or as a Bomb Technician He was definitely a a partner you could rely on. You served your country and brothers in blue with integrity Kevin. Hope to see you again on resurrection morning. May you Rest In Peace.
