Linda Lea King

July 21st 1943- October 7th 2011

SALEM - Linda Lea King left this world peacefully in her sleep on Friday evening October 7th 2011. Leaving behind a loving devoted husband of 50 years, Rodney S King, her mother Bette, sister Susie, three children Nick, Adam, & Christina, four grandchildren Whitney, Tonya, Victoria, & Rodney, Also Five great grandchildren Andrew, Tabitha, Marik, Jaden & Nathan. Linda was born in Portland Oregon to Bette & Emil Praegitzer, Emil was decorated with a purple heart in WWII. As a child Linda loved to dance & twirl a baton. She graduated from Reynolds high school, Married Rodney & raised their family. Linda was always involved in genealogy & volunteering in her church from coaching girls basketball to writing the newsletter. Her friends say she was always generous & quick witted. Linda is now an Angel up in heaven. Come celebrate her life with us, at 12 noon Saturday October 22nd 2011. In the Church of Latter-day Saints, 570 Madison St. Salem, Oregon, 97303
