Those who will cherish his memories most include his wife, Shirley Singleton Frank; daughters, Danielle and Miranda Frank; granddaughter, Jada Walker, Indianapolis, Ind.; brothers, Thomas Allen (Patricia), North Wales, Pa., Clifton Allen (Brenda), Philadelphia, Pa.; sisters-in-law, Margaret Witherspoon (Clyde), Miami, Fla., Mary Adkison, Flora Isom, Barbara Hughes (Clarence), Betty Allen, Ollie Rose Johnson (Joe), Hastings, Fla., Jacquelyn Bivens (John), Gainesville, Fla., Joyce Lewis (Alphonso), Virginia Crump (Lester), Jacksonville, Fla., Elizabeth Kitty, Savannah, Ga.; brothers-in-law, Bennie Singleton (Martha), Robert Singleton (Yvonne), Hastings, Johnnie Singleton (Shirley), Fastill, S.C.
Memorial service will be held Sunday, Oct. 19, 2008, at 3 p.m. at Coleman's Mortuary Chapel with burial on Wednesday, Oct. 22, 2008 at Bushnell National Cemetery, Bushnell, Fla., with Military Honors.
Coleman's Mortuary in charge of arrangements.
