Hey Brother Carl. It's hard to believe it's been 11 years since we last visited together. We had some truly great times together when time was plentiful. I'm looking forward to reminiscing with you some day at the GREAT Sandbar in the sky. Love you Brother

I only knew "Carl" as Fred as a teenager in
love with the most handsome boy who I met
in Vail skiing. I was so shocked when I read that he had passed, now ten years ago. My warmest
wishes go to his sisters, and wife, Laura

Carl Matthaei was an extraordinary man. I loved his enegry, his great smile and his laugh. He aways made me feel special. It's been over 20 yrs since I've seen him, and in this picture above, he is as beautiful as the day I met him. I'll always miss you, Carl. Marcella, my thoughts are with you and Boss.

My son, Hunter, and I loved Carl so very much. He was one of our very favorite people on the planet. We looked forward to seeing him at The Beach Cottages, with lovely Marcella and the Boss. We loved coming to the VIBE Center. We loved his caring that I live in an 'anti-cancer' way, and that he was such a hero to Hunter. We are so sad. He was a great, fun, inspiring part of our lives. God bless you Marcella, we are here, thinking of you, and just a phone call away. Win & Hunter
