Prudence Hawkins Obituary
Miss Hawkins grew up in St. Augustine, but spent the later years of her life living in DeLand. She had made many friends in Deland who will miss her friendship.
Prudence was an only child and was predeceased by her parents, Howard and Isabella Hawkins. She is survived by several cousins.
There are no local services planned at this time. Miss Hawkins' ashes will be inurned in the Hawkins family plot in Evergreen Cemetery in St. Augustine. A celebration of Miss Hawkins' life will take place at a future date. Craig Funeral Home Crematory Cemetery (www.craigfuneralhome.com) is assisting the family.

I grew up a few blocks from the Hawkins on Water St. and remember Prudy well. I am glad to hear of her long life and hope it was happy.
