Kimberly Wingo Obituary

Funeral Services for Kimberly DeShae Smith Wingo, age 49, was held Friday, September 14, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. from the chapel of Kilgroe Funeral Home. Burial followed at Coosa Valley Baptist Cemetery. Mrs. Wingo passed away Tuesday, September 11, 2018 at her residence. Survivors include her husband, Michael Ray Wingo; daughters, Jessica Kirkland, Jaimee Whisnant, Amanda Bento (Jim), and April Barry (Mike); mother, Wanda Merritt; grandchildren, Hunter Bento, Jake Reed, Aaron Barry, Mary-Rachael Bento, Joshua Bento, Ava Rae Whisnant and Kiley Alanis Whisnant. Along with her grandparents, she is also preceded in death by her father, Jerald Smith; step-father, Bill Merritt; and sister, Lisa Hannah. Mrs. Wingo was a member of Ashville Church of God. She is remembered for her great sense of humor, and she loved her family dearly. She will be missed by many. Condolences may be offered online at www.kilgroefh.com Kilgroe Funeral Home- Pell City.
