Jeanette Glodowski Obituary
Rosholt - Jeanette A. Glodowski, age 77, of Rosholt passed away at her home on Friday, April 2, 2021.
A Mass of Christian Burial for Jeanette will be held at 11AM on Wednesday, April 7, 2021 at St. Adalbert's Church in Rosholt. Rev. Thomas Nirappel will officiate. Burial will be held at the parish cemetery. Friends and family may gather to share memories from 9-11AM on Wednesday at church.
Jeanette was born in Rosholt on February 9, 1944, the daughter of Leo and Angeline (Selewski) Yenter. She attended local schools in Rosholt and graduated from Rosholt High School. Jeanette worked for Briggs and Stratton, Lullaby Furniture, Auto Auctions and Stop n Go. On November 13, 1965 she married Bob Glodowski and later purchased a tavern and ran it for 13 years.
Jeanette enjoyed fishing, making clothing for Barbie dolls, playing cards, and trips to the casino.
She is survived by her 2 children: Lisa (Raymond) Oksuita and Paul (Lois) Glodowski; brother: Florian (Ruth) Yenter; sister: Barbara (Gerry) Trzebiatowski; 3 grandchildren: Leah Glodowski, Nikayla Glodowski, and Michael Oksuita; and 3 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Hilary Yenter, 2 sisters: Loretta Kluck and Rita Kieliszewski, and 2 infant siblings Leo and Agnes.
