Doris Nelson Obituary
Preceded in death by parents, Lars and Lillian Larson; husband, Emery; daughter, Tina Olson; son in-law, Daniel Magnuson; six siblings and extended family members.
Survived by sister, Kathy Rostamo; daughter, Debra Magnuson; grandchildren, Mathew Olson, Samantha Olson; son-in-law, Charles Olson; and many nieces and nephews.
Doris was a teacher's aide at Oakland Junior High School for over 25 years.
Doris was an active member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Stillwater, and served many funeral lunches, and made many quilts in her time there.
Praise and many thanks to all of the nurses and caretakers at the Gables of Boutwells. You made the short term visits and final long term care so pleasant and easy for Doris. Many thanks for your patience, kind hearts and strong backs.
Many thanks to the Lakeview Hospice Team for easing her final days.
