So sad to hear of Alex's death. I have known him since he was the manager at the Fatted Calf in downtown St. Louis.
I just heard the news about him last night from a friend. Sorry, Imissed the funeral, as I would have liked to pay my respects to him and your family. May you have some peace in this tough time. GOD takes us all home.

Harriet and all of your children,
My sympathy to you all. Alex was a fine man and devoted husband and father. Harriet, you and Alex were a great example to me as a teen of what a great marriage looked like. I enjoyed my years sitting for your oldest children.
You will be in my prayers at Mass.
