I was sorry to learn of Mr. Kalin's passing.
He was a fondly remembered interim Sunday school teacher at Good Shepherd Lutheran in Wilmington, DE. I appreciated his understanding responses to my often difficult questions.

I knew Alex when we were growing up, I lived on Mifflin Street, West Mifflin PA, and Alex lived a few streets down. We went to Duquesne High School. I haven't seen Alex in years, he did attend my parents funeral in Duquesne, PA in 1981. Sorry to hear about his passing, accept my sincere condolences. Sandra Chuto Plattner

God Bless you and Sandy.

Al will be missed. While he supported the local museums and Botanical Gardens he also supported Bethel School for many many years through helping at functions, planning the Golf Scramble and supporting Sandy. His humor, conversation, and love of life will be greatly missed.
