Alvera E. Herbst

Herbst, Alvera E. (nee: Lodderhose), of St. Charles, MO, died on Thursday, November 3, 2016, at the age of 94. Loving wife of the late Earl J. Herbst; beloved daughter of the late William and Laura Lodderhose; devoted mother of Nancy Lawson, and Donald J. (Barbara) Herbst; cherished grandmother of Lynn (Terry) Schenk, David (Bridget) Herbst, and Christine (James) Cundiff; treasured great-grandmother of Jake Herbst, Audrey Herbst, Luke Herbst, Davis Herbst, Scarlett Herbst, Sam Muska, Sara Schenk, Wil Cundiff, and Anna Cundiff. Alvera was also preceded in death by her brother, Joseph Lodderhose and sister, Delores Neuman. Services: The family is being served by the Baue Funeral Home. Visitation will be held Sunday, November 6, 2016 from 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at Baue Funeral Home, 620 Jefferson Street, St. Charles, MO 63301. Funeral mass will be held Monday, November 7, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 2 Seton Court, St. Charles, MO 63303. Interment Calvary Cemetery.
