Fisher, Andrew Charles 'Andy' born in Boston, MA, November 19, 1946. Entered into Eternal Rest and Peace at home in St. Charles, MO on Thursday, February 14, 2008. Loving husband and best friend of Carol Ann Fisher (nee: Sanders); son of the late Rev. O.H. and Gail Fisher; brother of the late Robert (Barbara) Fisher, Danville, VA and Celeste Brown, Jacksonville, FL. Andy leaves a cherished extended family that was the joy of his life. Traci (Jerry) Springer; children Andrew and Shelby; Tracy (Tim Nelson) Elder; Clint (Kim) Elder, Papa Andy to Katie, Emily and Katelyn. Brother of Charlie (Debbie) Banks, Son-in-law of Earline Sanders and Brother-in-law of Deborah and Tom Oswald. Andy's Nieces and Nephews: Melinda Fisher, Heather, Hannah and Charlie Vipperman of Danville, VA. Christine and Ryan Oswald, Brian, Chris, Kara and the late Sarah Banks. Andy was a friend to many. Andy retired from Boeing after 34 years of service. He served several years as President of IAM L.L. 837B. He was a 37 year Mason, Scottish Rite and Shrine Member. Past Master of Wellston Lodge 613. An avid deer hunter and the lover of the outdoors and his farm in Maywood, MO, which he missed tremendously, during his illness. His classic cars were his pride and joy. Andy was never without several dogs, but the special two in his life were Casper and the late Bo-Fisher. Andy led a fulfilling and eventful life and will be missed by all that loved and knew him.Services: The Family is being served by The BAUE Funeral and Memorial Center, 3950 West Clay Street, St. Charles, MO where visitation will be held Monday, February 18, 2008, 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM and Tuesday, February 19, 2008, 9:30 AM - 12:00 PM. A Masonic Service will be held Tuesday, 10:30 AM. Funeral Service, 12:00 PM Tuesday, February 19, 2008 at Baue Funeral and Memorial Center Chapel. Interment Memorial Park Cemetery, Highway 70 and Lucas & Hunt Rd. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Shriner's Hospital, 2001 S. Lindbergh Blvd., Frontenac, MO 63131.
