Ostmann, Carl of St. Charles, Missouri, died on Saturday, March 30, 2013 at the age of 60. Loving husband of Peggy Ostmann (ne: Kemper); beloved son of Estelle M. and the late Arthur Alvin Ostmann; devoted father of Carla (Scott) Paul, Chris (Jennifer) Ostmann, and Mike (Heidi) Ostmann; cherished grandfather of Tyler, Hailey, Jade, Callie, and Coralee; dear brother of Gary (Linda) Ostmann, Marylin (Kevin) Eichner, Barbara (Larry) Smith, Mary Lou (Bill) Mellish, Janet (Tim) Kemper, Gerry Adams, Joseph (Gina) Ostmann, and Jeffrey (Sheri) Ostmann; dear sonin-law of Marcella E. Kemper; and beloved brother-in-law, uncle, nephew, cousin, and friend to many. He is preceded in death by his sister, Charlotte Candrl. Carl was employed as a General Contractor at Arthur Ostmann General Contractor, Inc. for 40 years. Services: The family is being served by The BAUE Funeral and Memorial Center, 3950 West Clay Street, St. Charles, MO where a visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 3, 2013 from 3:00-8:00 PM and 9:00-10:00 AM at St. Joachim & Ann Catholic Church, 4112 McClay Rd., St. Charles, MO. A Funeral Mass will follow at 10:00 AM, Thursday, April 4, 2013. Interment at St. Charles Memorial Gardens. Memorials may be made to Ronald McDonald House or Ducks Unlimited. Visit Baue.com.
