Charlie was one of the first people I met when I hired in at the highway department (he was located behind the main office in Kirkwood at the time). He was always fair, regardless of where you came from and I know he appreciated all those who worked for him. I also remember him from the credit union Christmas parties/annual meetings and he was always pleased to be remembered. My sympathies to all of you in this time of loss but so long as his story is shared, he will not be forgotten. Big hugs and shared tears. May the peace of the Lord be with you as you mourn his loss and rejoice in his homecoming.

In loving memory of Uncle Chuck, an Angel that walked amoung us, always a mischievous twinkle in those bright eyes, and a funny story to tell.
