David John Berg

Berg, David John 77, passed away at his Scottsdale, AZ home, on December 18th, 2006. David served as a Radio Operator in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War, attaining the rank of Sergeant. Born in Brooklyn, NY, he spent his early adult years in Collinsville, IL. In addition to his wife Theresa and daughters, Virginia Myrick of St. Louis and Pamela Hollerbach of AZ, David is survived by his brother, Richard Berg of Oregon; and grandchildren, Justin and Allison Myrick of MO and Cameron and Kyle Hollerbach of AZ.Services: Visitation will be held at HERR Mortuary, 501 W. Main St., Collinsville, IL 62234. The Funeral Mass will be January 10th at 10:30 a.m. at SS Peter and Paul Catholic Church, 207 Vandalia, Collinsville, IL 62234. Internment will follow at SS Peter & Paul Catholic Cemetery in Collinsville, IL. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to Hospice of the Valley, 1510 E.
