It's so sad to hear about the loss of my former Southwestern Bell co-worker Dennis. Just a couple days ago another former Co-worker was just sharing with me the wonderful time and conversation they recently had with him at a social gathering.
To Patti and the family we extend our Love, support and prayers that the days ahead will bring added strength and sustain you as this chapter in life comes to a close. Be reminded of this one thing.

Dear Patti and family,
Thursday was our loss but Heaven's gain!!! Dennis will always be remembered for his kindness and encouraging words. We loved having both of you for neighbors in PCB. God has a wonderful way of putting people in your life, that you will never forget. Dennis was that kind of person! Please know our hearts are heavy, as Heaven is rejoicing! Jeff and family, I am so sorry for the loss of your father. I remember you sharing some of the advice with me, which your father shared with you. And I remember thinking what a wise and great man and father he must have been. I wish I would have known him. Remember the blessings of having him in your life and I hope and pray for your healing.

Dennis was one of my first supervisors when I started to work at Southwestern Bell Telephone Company in the 70's. He was super smart and understanding. I learned so much from him even up until the last time we met just a couple of weeks ago at the Fox and Hound. I had great respect for him and so proud to call him friend and mentor.

Patti and family,
My heart goes out to you. I am so sorry for you loss. May God comfort you during this very difficult time. Dennis was my boss and also a friend of over 35 years. I learned a lot from him. It was just a few weeks ago that we met with some other co-workers at the Fox & Hound. Although time and miles kept us apart for years, conversation was easy as ever. In fact, Dennis commented on how we were able to "pick back up" where we left off. Dennis is now able to play golf every day in beautiful paradise.

When I heard of the passing of Dennis, a deep sorrow came over me. Only knowing Dennis for short number of years, it seemed a lifetime. His infectious smile will always be with me. We played golf and drank few beers. He will be missed. Goodbye my friend, hit them straight up there.
