I would like to express my deepest sympathy to all of Ed's family. He was truly a great man and a friend to all that knew him. I treasure the times that I spent with him at Ballwin Ballpark. He certainly taught all of us the right way to both play baseball on the field and how to conduct ourselves after the game was over. He will certainly be missed.

My condolences and love to Ed's family. I have known him most of my life, through church and him coaching my brother in baseball through the years. Whenever I ran into him he always had a big smile and and hug for me. So Ed I send you a big smile and a hug, until we meet again.

To Billie and family,
Ed was my District Manager at Southwestern Bell in the early 1980's. He was a kind and knowledgeable boss with a terrific sense of humor. I have many fond memories of him, especially our "roast" of him upon his retirement from Bell. You have my deepest sympathy for your loss. May he rest in peace.

Ed Montgomery was a kind, considerate, Christian man who led through his faith and works. He gave freely of his time to serve others in his work for the City of Ballwin and in his leadership of the boys and men he coached for the Ballwin Khoury League and Ballwin Post 611. He was a mentor to many, including me and I hope to earn the right to see him again with our God in Heaven.
