Kidd, Eugene D.
Monday, November 25, 2019. Beloved husband of Evelyn Kidd (nee Fite); loving father of Janet (John) Singleton and the late James E. Kidd; proud grandfather of Bradley J. (Kacie) Singleton and Kelsey L. Singleton and great-grandfather of Emie and Eddison Singleton; dear brother of Sue (Don) Meyer; our dear uncle, cousin and friend.
Gene was a WWII Veteran, owner and operator of County Brake Service, Kirkwood, 1953 until retirement, and an avid amateur radio operator.
Services: Visitation at KUTIS AFFTON Chapel, 10151 Gravois, Wednesday, November 27, 12 p.m. until service at 2 p.m. Interment Sunset Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions appreciated to The Humane Society of Missouri or the American Heart Association.

I had only known Mr Kidd for a short 4 years. But let me say he was an intelligent, caring family man. He definitely was an interesting person, and I loved to hear stories from his life. He loved his wife Evelyn and it was obvious when I was around how they truly took care of each other. He is at peace now, in no pain, but strong again with our Lord Jesus Christ. And one day when God calls me home too, I will see you again my friend. ❤

Sorry to hear about Gene. Bill and I have many found memories with you both, on our Gateway Getaway trips. Your love for each other, was always a inspiration to us. Gene will be missed, but always in our hearts.

Gene was a good friend to my Dad and Mom. He is in Heaven with them now flying his plane with the Angles
