Beloved husband of JoAnn Paplanus (nee Turnbeaugh); dear father of Gene (Patti) and Mike (Thressa) Paplanus, GeorgAnn (Ed) Vohsen, Chris Paplanus, Skip (Lynda) Paplanus, Roxian (Kevin) Bible, Tim, John (Stephanie) and Garry Paplanus; brother of Sharon Thomas. Dear uncle great-uncle, cousin, friend and coach. Mr. Paplanus was employed by the Chrysler Corp. for over 28 years in management. He was in the Army Reserve, a lifetime member of the Eagles Lodge in Perryville, MO, a minor league player for the Yankees and a Cardinal fan forever.
