Flavian Schwein Obituary

Schwein, Flavian J. Speed Survived by 7 children, 17 grand- children and 19 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by wife Jean (Shultz) Schwein, son Stephen, grandson Mark. Speed was the owner of Schwein Construction which operated out of Kirkwood and DeSoto, Missouri. He was a long-time scout leader in Kirkwood and was highly respected for his work helping kids. Services: Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 19 from 4 to 8 p.m. at John L Ziegenhein & Sons South County, 4830 Lemay Ferry Rd, St. Louis, MO 63129. Funeral Mass 11 a.m., Wednesday, January 20, St. Maurus Parish in Biehle (Perryville), MO followed by graveside serv ices. In lieu of flowers please consider a donation to Cancer Society Research.
