Frank was one of a kind. He was a good-natured guy that brought laughter to all of those surrounding him. His distinct voice and laugh will always be remembered.
I spent a lot of time with the Zwygart Family in the late 70's and I will cherish those moments forever. My thoughts and prayers got out to Sue and Judy.
