Hendin, Gerald "Jerry"
On Saturday, February 13, 2021, Gerald "Jerry" Aaron Hendin passed away unexpectedly at the age of 76. Jerry was born on July 28, 1944 to Gus and Lillian Hendin of St. Louis. He attended the University of Missouri, graduating in journalism, and went into the Peace Corps in Thailand. He met and married his loving wife of 50 years, Ellen Lincors Hendin. They have two daughters and three grandchildren. Jerry spent his career in public relations, specializing in crisis communications. He held varied executive roles at Boeing, Edelman Public Relations Asia Pacific, and formed his own agency. Jerry was known for his intelligence, wit, gentle and compassionate spirit, silliness, and his special kindness. Jerry was preceded in death by mother and father, Lillian and Gus. He is survived by his wife Ellen, daughters Emily (Ron), Sarah (Crystal), and grandchildren, Natalie, Myka and Hudson. He will be remembered by his brother (Barry), sisters (Arleen and Kathy), and his extensive family. A private service was held in Seattle.

I am deeply sorry. I knew Jerry from about junior high thru 16 years old. He was a real mensch and lovely man. He was my first crush at 13 years old. My thoughts go to his wife and family. I will miss him even though I haven´t seen him in a long long time. Prayers and thoughts, Mary
