Jones, Gilbert J. fortified with the Sacraments of Holy Mother Church, Friday, December 23, 2016. Beloved husband of the late Genevieve Jones (nee LaTour); loving father of Robert (Russelan) Jones, Bernice Martin, Patricia (Terry) McKenna, Marie (Rick) Schober, Michael (Glenda) and the late Gilbert J. Jones Jr.; cherished grandfather of 13; great-grandfather of 17; dear brother of the late Eva Kopp and Mildred Gartner; our dearest uncle, greatuncle, cousin and friend. Gilbert was a proud member of the IBEW # 2 for over 75 years and the Knights of Columbus. Services: Funeral from KUTIS AFFTON Chapel, 10151 Gravois, on Thursday, December 29 at 12 noon to St. Dominic Savio Catholic Church for 12:30 p.m. Mass. Interment at St. Ferdinands Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions to a charity of your choice appreciated. Visitation Wednesday, 3-8 p.m.
