I am so sorry about the loss of your husband and father. I worked with Guy for many years with the J&A Athletic Association, thought he was one of the hardest working people I knew, sending me updates of softball re-scheduled games at 2 and 3 a.m.! I asked - do you work for a living or just do volunteer work 24 hours a day? God has a special place waiting just for him.

Patty,
I can't say the words of how I feel about Guy. I'm so sorry for the sudden passing and pray for you and the Weber family. He was a very unique person and it was a priviledge to be a friend & teammate of his. I have been telling Guy Weber stories all afternoon to my family. The weirdist thing that ever happened was in 1994 I was coaching at WJC and was in St. Louis recruiting. I was on my way to Marquette High School at 6:30AM, had car trouble, and who was the first car I saw when I came out from under the hood---GUY!!! I had not seen him in seven years. He was always there for me.
Love, Mike Newman
