Harriet Yedlin

Yedlin, Harriet 81, passed away peacefully on October 12, 2013 in Overland Park, KS. Daughter of Otto and Bertha Birenbaum, loving mother of Stacy & Sue Yedlin, Jay & Nancy Yedlin, Mindy and Ed Moss, and Keith Yedlin; grandmother to Alan & Rachel Yedlin, Adam Moss, & Alexis Yedlin. Her passion was her children and grandchildren, first and foremost. Harriet had a long and successful career, initially in retail jewelry at Famous Barr and Neiman Marcus, and then subsequently a distinguished career in real estate at Coldwell Banker. She loved her work and career, and found great satisfaction in finding homes for those in need. She greatly enjoyed travel; her trips biking through Europe or her winter excursions to Mazatln Mexico to see the many friends she had from around the US and Canada. Services: A memorial service celebrating Harriet's life will be held on November 10, 2013 at United Hebrew Congregation at 10:30 am, 13788 Conway Road; followed by a gathering of friends and family at the home of Stacy and Sue Yedlin at 12:00 pm; 941 Kimswick Manor Ln., Ballwin MO, 63011.
