Barteau Jr., Herbert "Herbie"
entered into rest on Sunday, October 6th, 2024, at the age of 79. Loving wife of Madaline C. Barteau, cherished father of Nichole "Newt" Barteau Glosemeyer, Christine Barteau Graham (Jeff) and stepfather of Michael Thomas Molloy and Charles "Tony" Molloy (Marlet), and stepfather; beloved brother of Alfred "Skip" Barteau (Donna) and Ronald "Pete" Barteau (Patricia). He was a beloved grandfather, great-grandfather, uncle to many nieces and nephews, a dear friend to many and was known as "Papa Herbie" to all.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, Oct. 13th from 11:30am until the time of service at 2pm - both at Hutchens-Stygar Funeral & Cremation Center. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Herbie's name may be made to donor's choice. www.hutchensfuneralhomes.com.
