I was fortunate enough to have Mr. Washington for 6th and 8th grade history at RSMS. By far, the best teacher I ever had. He was tough, but he was fair. He was also extremely witty. He spoke often of how much he loved his wife and kids. Great salt of the earth guy with an incredible passion for history that he instilled in me at a young age, and I'm forever grateful. RIP Mr. Washington. My sympathies to his family.

What a beautiful human being for the world to lose. He was my teacher and friend. I will miss him terribly and my thoughts go out to the family.

Mr. Washington was my favorite teacher in middle school. He taught me what hard work means and that everything wouldn't be handed to you but working for things is worth it.

Dear Cheryl and family:
I just read that Ed ahs passed on. I am so sorry for your loss, but we do know that God's Love always has met and always will meet every human need. I am sure that your needs will be met, and hopefully you will be together again in eternity.
I called your Mom and had a very good visit. You are still in the home that I met your Mom and Dad in. You were just a little girl Cheryl, when I met them. I love them, and you.
I will call after you get past this sadness. Know that you shall get past it, and prayerfully flourish.
Your Mom told me that you too are having health problems. May you find a resolution, and find healing.
Love,
Bill Halliburton
