I didn't know James as well as most of you did, however I felt that I should still express my thoughts on him. I am simply a customer of the company where he worked.
To be brief, I was having many problems with that company and my account there. I was quite upset.
I decided to talk to someone in person at the branch, and that's where I met James. We sat down and he went out of his way to help me and completely remedied my situation. I was so grateful and satisfied with his service that I recently called his manager to praise him. Upon hearing of his passing, I didn't want his merit to go unnoticed.
James, your genuine concern, service and dedication left a big impression on me. I can only assume that you had the same integrity outside of work as in your everyday life. God bless you.

I had the pleasure of working with James in Aquatic Therapy and am so sorry to hear that he passed away. James had to endure a lot of pain and frustration and I am very sad that he is no longer with us, but happy he is no longer in pain. We will miss his smiling face and his "gift of gab". My prayers are with your family.

I am terribly sorry to hear about James. I got to work with him and get to know him through physical therapy the past year. I am extremely saddened by the loss of such a genuine and awesome person. He was well liked at our clinic. Out of all the people coming and going we always kind of knew when James came in. He had an unmistakable aura. He will be missed.

I last spoke with James on Aug.2(via email) he was courageous and as good spirited as usual. He was a great classmate and always on top of things. What can I say the Heavens must have needed a "Champion." May God Bless and keep the family in perfect peace.

Dear Mrs. Stulce,
I am sorry that your son died at such a young age. I know how you feel because someone in my family (my great great aunt who I was named after) died this summer. I hope they meet in heaven.
Love,
Ava Raymond (your student from last year)

I've only known James for three years, but in that three years he's been a big part of my life. He was my partner at Fontbonne from the beginning and someone that kept me on my toes in school and in my personal life. I will miss his wonderful smile, as well as his wonderful way of showing me another point of view on many things. My prayers are with his family, whom James was extremely proud of and talked about A LOT.

To a wonderful person I never truely got to know. I knew James only through my neighbor who was a good friend of James's during the middle school and high school years. I remember him as always a happy go lucky guy and someone who would talk to anyone and make them feel comfortable, "part of the group". My heart goes out to all the family members esipcally his sisters and parents, I know what it like to lose a sibling way before you should. Just know that James has touch so many people, more then he even knews.

Sheri (and family) -
We know how close your family is to each other and the bond you have always had with your brother and sister. It's a bond that transcends the short time we have on this planet. We hope you are comforted by the fact that James will always live on through your family and your love for each other. He will never be forgotten and someday you will be together again. We are praying for all of you during this difficult time.

Everyday I think, "I'll call James and see if he wants some company". It has been a difficult few days for everyone who knew James, most of all his family. I am so sad that we will never see James laugh, tell a joke, or play his music, but most importantly we will never get a hug from James again. But I know he now has the power to mentally give all of us hugs anytime we need one. He will be watching over all of us.

Sheri and family,
My prayers are with you always. I will never forget the Baalbek house and James running around it with his friends (Tim) on the weekends wanting you to drive him here and there. We had good memories. My brother Jeff then became friends with James and just told me this week what a great guy he is. Olivia and Ellie now have a guardian angel. Take care of yourselves. Love Tracey Cat
