I am so sorry to hear this. Father Wilke was a wonderful, caring, understanding and witty person! He was loved by all in the St. Jerome parish, and many others. He was my life saver and the one who married my husband and I back in 05, as well as my brother and his wife back in 96. I was planning on contacting him for my younger brothers wedding next year. May he rest in peace. Our hearts and prayers go out to his family. He was by far THE BEST!

Fr. Wilke was a very special person, and a dear family friend. He married quite a few Sedlak men, including our son. Fr. was especially kind to my mom whom he visited every week(when he was at St.Simon's), they shared a wonderful bond. Fr. Wilke will be truly missed by all whose lives he touched. Prayers to the Wilke family and "Blessings" to you in heaven Padre..
With love, the Glenn Sedlak family

Father Jim was one of the kindest, funniest, wonderful people I knew. Other than being my husbands cousin, he also performed our wedding services, which was very special to us that he agreed to do that for us. He will be sadly missed. Thoughts and prayers go out to the family.
