Although decades have passed, I can still remember Jeff like it was yesterday (and there are VERY few people I can say that of). He was so full of life that he made every workday a pleasure. Even at this great distance, I'm shocked and saddened to hear that the world in which we live no longer includes him. I am thankful that I was able to spend some very happy years with Jeff, and I wish you all the best for the future.

Our hearts are heavy with grief and sorrow as we send our love and prayers to Sue, Rachel, Alex and Jamie. Jeff had been a part of our family since the moment he entered the River Bend community. We shared so many fun times at the pool, at neighborhood parties, at little league baseball and middle school football games, and we can't forget about those 5 years of scouting...or as we fondly called it, organized chaos. Your effervescent personality, your distinct voice, your infectious smile, and your warm friendship will be greatly missed, but always remembered. Thank you for touching our lives.

I am utterly shocked. My deepest sympathies go to Sue, your children, Jerry, Linda, Kevin, Julie, as well as the rest of the family. Jeff was truly a shining light. He had energy that was boundless. He was truly a man who was larger than life. Jeff was one of the funniest people I've ever met. I remember he was the overwhelming choice to speak at our Medical School graduation. He did not disappoint. I remember his address as poignant and hysterical. We were laughing and crying. My condolences to the Edelman family.

Jeff was one of the older kids on the block that we all looked up to and he always had time to stop and chat. He was also the first person to introduce me to cycling, he was a great rider back in the day. I'm sorry to hear of his passing and my thoughts and prayers go out to the family.
