I am so sorry for your loss. I will always remember walking into your home in Florissant and loving the smell from his pipe. He was a very talented and kind man and will surely be missed. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.

I have had the privilege to meet Joe, laugh with him and see his amazing work. I will never forget his smile, kind words and amazing talent. I enjoyed going to work every day knowing I would care for all the Residents, but talking with Joe was the 'cherry on top' of what I already loved to do. His kindness was pure gold, I will always cherish getting to know Joe. Prayers to his lovely family. May he rest in peace.

Crouch ladies: Your dad was a special friend to me as a young wannabe artist on the PD staff back in the early 70's. His humor and encouragement place him in a special place in my heart. I considered your dad my PD surrogate father! He was kind, loving and a hell of an artist! Your dad was one of the good guys!! I will miss him.

Remembering the Sunday TV Guide that he illustrated almost every week, the Food Section he designed with those wonderful food folks, the Art Dept stories. Dad thought he was the luckiest man alive to be able to do what he loved for a living. He was.
And one of Mom's favorites
