I was lucky enough to car pool with Joe our Senior year at SLUH.
He was always positive, thoughtful and would help you in any way he could.
He simply was a "Great Guy".
Joe, Rest in Peace and may God bless your family.

Our family loved having Joe & Brenda for neighbors. My kids especially loved the cereal goodies he’d share from Purina. I remember he had the best yard on the street. He mowed it a couple times a week while enjoying a cigar. He welcomed us when we moved in & invited us to a wild fry where we met other neighbors while trying some of his meats from previous successful hunts. He was a good family man that sure loved his wife and kids. It’s good to know he’s back in Brenda’s arms.

Joe sat right in front of me in homeroom during our freshman year at SLUH (Class of 69). He was a friendly, outgoing guy that helped make the transition from grade school (where you knew everybody) to a new school (where you hardly knew anybody) an easy one. As a freshman your dad/grandpa was a big guy and it was pretty easy to hide behind him if you were trying not to get called upon by the teacher. RIP Joe.

We remember fondly summer picnics when the Siebels and Klarics would get together. Wishing we could have met your beautiful family! But alas, the last time we saw you was Ed's funeral.
Sending our condolences to the entire Siebels clan.

Our sincere condolences to the family and friends of Joe. May all your good memories outweigh your sadness. Joe was one of the most charitable and kind person you could ever meet and those qualities passed onto his children. My three boys grew up on the cereal samples that Joe would drop off once a month for years and years and my company business card still has Brenda's Jeep Wrangler on it from when I helped them sell it at my car dealership. Death ends a life, not a relationship. We all know Brenda is tired of waiting on you arrival.
Farewell buddy!

I worked with Joe at Purina for a number of years. He was great at his job, and unpretentious about it. Joe had a great outlook, and always picked me up. I'm very sorry for your loss.

Sending so much love to the Siebels family. Joe will be so missed. My favorite Joe memory is back in high school when he would ask if people liked Mike´s woody (meaning his car!)

So sad to lose my friend Joe. Although we’ve been far apart for many years, we were close friends and associates at Purina. We shared many fun days afield.
Here’s a fun bit of Joe and Brenda trivia. They stayed with Carol and I in Omaha while on their Honeymoon. Joe and I went pheasant hunting and Brenda and Carol hung out and shopped. I’ll miss this guy.

I knew Joe for 40+ years. We hunted pheasant and quail in Iowa, ducks on the Texas gulf coast for 20 years, quail on my farm, sharp tail and prairie grouse in South Dakota. Joe was the one guy in our hunting party that as we walked back to our trucks he would say, I am going to hunt that little patch of cover over there and then said I will meet you back at the trucks. We often heard a single shot on these little side trips, which means Joe just got another bird. Joe was a very honest man that you could depend on in more ways than you could think of. He loved his family and his hunt dogs. He will be missed by his family, friends and of course his hunting buddies. Joe I hear the hunting in Heaven is top notch, so I expect you to be scouting, so that when we join you it will be like old times. God Bless you and your family.

I think everyone who knew Joe has a story to tell. He was a character but also a humble man who helped anyone who needed help. Whenever I would get my tractor stuck and did not want to confess to Bob that I had again gone into uncharted territory, Joe would come over and haul me out- no questions asked! I will always smile when thinking about Joe.
