We remember our cherished loved one, Julie Elizabeth Woodside Buhr, whose spirit departed from us suddenly on December 19, 2024, at the age of 42. Julie was a friend to all, was the life of the party, and was a source of happiness and joy for so many throughout her life. Julie loved to laugh and brought laughter to so many people's lives.

Julie was born in St. Louis County on May 27, 1982, and attended St. Angela Merici grade school and Incarnate Word Academy, where she excelled in sports and academics. After graduating, Julie attended Mizzou where she graduated with a degree in Business Management. She had a passion for sports throughout her life and played on many teams over the years.

While her favorite college football team was the Tigers, her team of all time was the Cincinnati Bengals. Her and her husband, Eric, traveled often to cheer on the Bengals and never missed watching a game.

Julie was the CFO of Scotsman Coin and Jewelry in Creve Coeur where she worked alongside her family and friends.

Julie leaves behind many broken hearts including her husband, Eric Buhr, her daughter, Grace Crawford, her son, Ben Crawford and stepdaughters, Mackenzie, and Isabelle. She also leaves behind her parents Jay and Sandra Woodside, her sister, Jami (Mark) Lohse, her brothers, John Woodside and Jeffrey Woodside, her nieces and nephew, her cousins, aunts, uncles, and also her many Best Friends that were always more like family to Julie. Julie's legacy of love, laughter, and unwavering devotion will forever live on in the hearts of all who had the privilege to know her.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Julie's name to Youth In Need.

A Memorial Mass will be held Saturday, January 4th at St. Joachim and Ann Catholic Church at 10:30am. A Celebration of Life will be held Sunday, January 5th at Shamrocks Pub n Grill in St. Peters, 12:00-3:00pm with weather permitting.
